The Abundance Foundation

Women of Wonder

We think that there is no stopping us now with the organizational expertise and creativity of our team.  We call ourselves the Women of Wonder or wow for short.  Not that we have anything against men, we just are all women.  When a man comes on board, I guess we’ll call ourselves womow for short.

tracyTracy Kondracki has been with us from the very beginning.  One thing we know for sure is that Tracy loves pink.  We also know that she runs a tight ship.  And she loves animals.  She has every kind of animal at home, from dogs to pigs.

Tracy is in charge of the financials, the IRS 990, giving sound advice and keeping everyone’s spirits lifted.  It’s easy to find her on any given day – just follow the sound of laughter to its source and you will find her in her cute little office, surrounded by pink objects.  Tracy is the only person we know with both a pink hammer and tape dispenser!

Tracy is also a part of The Change, another very, very cool organization that works with sustainable organizations on their branding and messaging.

jaimeJaime Chandra Kozlowski
Queen of Positive Productivity (Technology Director)
A self-proclaimed Jill-of-all-trades, Jaime brings an eclectic skill-set to the Abundance Foundation. Jaime feels blessed with an opportunity to combine all her super powers to share her passion for organic farming, local food, sustainable living, renewable resources, and supportive communities.

After spending 17 years in Florida, in 2006 Jaime decided to relocate somewhere in the beautiful and lush state of North Carolina. It was the serendipitous event of meeting (and falling in love with) her partner, Ian, who is a biodiesel enthusiast that lead her to settle here in Pittsboro.

Jaime has over a decade of experience in the technology field, where she worked as a web designer/developer, print media designer, server administrator and information technology specialist. She has also dabbled in the music industry, supporting independent artists with their marketing, promotions, CD manufacturing, and touring. To view her technical resume and portfolio, visit www.domspe.com.

Most recently, Jaime has found a deep connection to spirituality, health, and wellness. She has completed two yoga teacher certifications and massage therapy training at the Body Therapy Institute located near Shakori Hills in Silk Hope. Jaime offers integrative bodywork, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and yoga in her private practice in Pittsboro. To learn more, visit www.jaimechandra.com.

When she is not juggling one of her many hats, Jaime loves to cook, brew kombucha, lacto-ferment foods, play in her garden, hike, backpack, kayak, mountain bike, and travel. Most of all she loves to spend times with her friends, family, and community.

Camille Armantrout was tickled to join the Abundance team in December, 2008.  She couldn’t agree more with their mission of increasing public awareness of sustainable energy usage and local food consumption.  She brings fervor for local independence and a penchant for creating harmony to the project.

Camille and her multi-talented husband, Bob have lived and worked all over the world.  They were surprised to find such a solid sense of community right here in little Pittsboro and so came here to live.

Some of Camille’s many heroes are Vandana Shiva, Howard Zinn, Mahatma Gandhi, Kurt Vonnegut and Jane Goodall.  Both Bob and Camille are idealists who believe in romantic love and in giving peace a chance.  They once left the country just to avoid watching their tax money buy bombs for Iraq.

Camille has worked in kitchens, on construction sites, driven taxi and groomed race track thoroughbreds.  She bakes for fun, trains horses, and writes about the world as she sees it, here.
