Easy BreadNinety-nine out of 100 scientists agree: There’s nothing like the smell of fresh bread! Let Andrea help you overcome that irrational fear of baking with a fun-packed, hands-on lesson in making dough, proofing and creating always-beautiful breads.

This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn to bake bread, for those who haven’t baked for a long time and want a refresher and for those who already bake but want to learn a few new tricks.

Dress in comfortable clothes and please bring (if you have them):

  • Your favorite apron
  • A large bowl to mix dough in
  • A large cutting board to knead bread on
  • A bag to take bread home in

Andrea WilliamsAbout the Instructor

Andrea Williams has been working as a personal chef, caterer and cooking class instructor in Winston Salem for the past ten years. From the beginning, Andrea strives to do things the way she would like them done for guests in her home, with generosity and attention to detail.

She has developed a culinary philosophy based on the best ingredients that are produced sustainably and locally. She works with family run farms that are certified organic throughout North Carolina in order to ensure that the freshest, most beautiful food is used in each event she creates.
