The Abundance Foundation came into being in 2005. It received its tax exempt status from the IRS in June, 2006.

We did some good work in 2006, but we really cranked it up in 2007.

Along the way we formed a real Board of Directors, that has agreed to shepherd us into becoming the professional charity that we desire to be. We have also been lucky to get some top flight Advisors too.

We also hired Tami Schwerin to be our Executive Director.

In April 2008, we brought on two more to help with the growing organization: Jaime Chandra and Camille
